There will be papa rellena, fried green tomatoes with the Andean mint huacatay, Pablo's homemade beet ravioli in aji amarillo butter sauce, and wild local black cod braised in tomatoes, onions, and assorted Andean peppers with clams and summer beans. Tickets are seventy five dollars without pairings and one hundred with.
de Porres is a Los Angeles-based dinner series and catering company. Danielle Bell and Pablo Osorio's menus feature savory dishes inspired by his native Peru and desserts from her American South. We cook with the wonderfully curious in mind. You can visit us every Sunday, from 8AM-1PM at the Hollywood Farmers' Market, on the corner of Selma and Cahuenga.
