Please join Karen Wang Diggs for a fascinating hands-on class where traditional food preservation techniques and science meet the cutting board.

We'll explore the world of fermentation and how these foods can support digestion and a deep restful sleep. Karen is a Certified Nutritionist, Therapeutic Chef, and author of Happy Foods - 100 Mood-Boosting Recipes published by Viva Editions. As a NANP (National Association of Nutrition Professionals) and IFM (Institute of Functional Medicine) member, Karen combines her formal education with her healing journey to help others thrive.

Participants will also enjoy samplings of fermented goodies from Karen's kitchen.
