About The Event
Working with youth requires specific skills and awareness so that you can connect with through yoga while providing messages of empowerment, teaching self respect, self awareness and self control.
This 15-hour course will cover:

Intro to trauma and how it is held in the body
4 types of students
Showing up and speaking authentically
